Our pork chipolatas are handmade using meat from our free-range pigs.
We believe in giving our animals as much space, and as natural life as possible; this not just gives them a very happy life, but produces a highly nutritious, mineral packed meat.
Like all our sausages, our chipolatas are filled by hand, using our hand-mixed seasonings, from natural and organic sources.
